Sara Gilbert and Linda Perry Finalize Divorce

Sara Gilbert and Linda Perry have officially ended their marriage. The couple’s divorce was finalized on December 19, 2024, after Gilbert filed for an uncontested dissolution of marriage on October 24, 2024. The pair had been separated since October 2021.

The ex-couple had previously reached a custody agreement for their 9-year-old son, Rhodes Emilio, when they first separated in 2021. In the divorce filing, Gilbert confirmed that the custody arrangement remained the same. Both Gilbert and Perry will continue to share joint legal and physical custody of Rhodes, and they are responsible for making decisions regarding his well-being, education, and health.

Regarding financial matters, both Gilbert and Perry waived their right to spousal support.

Gilbert and Perry began dating in 2011, got married in 2014, and welcomed Rhodes in 2015. Gilbert also has two children, Levi and Sawyer, from her previous relationship with Allison Adler.

While the couple filed for legal separation in December 2019, they remained legally married while living apart. In 2020, Perry shared that she still had love and admiration for Gilbert, noting that their relationship had evolved into a different form, but they would continue their journey as co-parents.
