Comedian Matt Rife has addressed rumors about his striking physical transformation, attributing it to late-onset puberty rather than plastic surgery. In his memoir, Your Mom's Gonna Love Me, the 29-year-old shared how his appearance shifted dramatically when puberty hit him in his twenties.

Rife revealed that within months, his face widened, his features sharpened, and he even grew a few inches taller. Pairing these changes with gym sessions alongside fellow comedian Dane Cook helped enhance his new look.

The Netflix star dismissed plastic surgery rumors, claiming he neither had the time nor the money for such procedures. He criticized online claims, particularly from TikTok doctors speculating about his jawline without ever meeting him, questioning their professionalism in his book.

Despite the speculation, Rife has embraced his glow-up. While his transformation has brought newfound attention to his comedy, he admits it has reshaped his career in ways he didn’t anticipate.
