Sources tell ET that Fox, who is pregnant with their child, is frustrated by the drama she’s facing while preparing for the arrival of her baby. The couple is now navigating whether they should try to stay together or co-parent moving forward.
In the wake of the breakup, Fox has made a big move. She recently purchased an $8 million home in Los Angeles. According to TMZ, although Kelly owns a house, the couple hadn’t been living together for much of their relationship. An insider revealed that Fox wasn’t comfortable with Kelly often hosting guests at his place, citing concerns over her safety.
Fox had been renting a home for the past year, but now that she’s expanding her family, she’s ready to settle down. “Megan was just done with it,” a source close to the couple told Daily Mail. “She was done with his behavior and the way that he treated her. When she got pregnant, he thought she would stay with him no matter what—and that’s not the case.”
At this stage of her life, Fox’s main priority is her baby. The source mentioned that she has no issue raising the child on her own if it comes to that. “She’s left him before, but this time seems final,” the source added.
Fox is already a mom to three sons—Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8—whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green. The couple split in 2020 after a decade of marriage. Meanwhile, Kelly has a 15-year-old daughter, Casie, from a previous relationship.
As the couple works through their issues, it remains to be seen whether they will find a way back to each other or move forward as co-parents.
