Braian Paiz said in the documentary "TMZ Investigates: Liam Payne: Who's to Blame?" that he partied with Liam in the singer’s hotel room in Buenos Aires. The documentary airs Monday at 8 PM ET on FOX.
Paiz claims they drank whiskey and used the cocaine he brought to the hotel on two occasions, with the second happening just two days before Liam's fatal fall from the hotel balcony.
Braian says he saw drugs scattered around, along with a Dove soap box and tin foil.
Braian says he never took money from the singer and even rejected Payne's Rolex when offered as payment.
