However, following Lively's allegations, the organization rescinded the award, issuing a statement condemning any attacks on Lively’s reputation and emphasizing their continued support for her work.
Lively's lawsuit claims Baldoni harassed her during filming and attempted to tarnish her reputation using a crisis PR firm. Baldoni and his lawyer denied the allegations, calling Lively’s promotional actions “distasteful.”
Several of Lively's colleagues, including America Ferrera, Amber Tamblyn, Alexis Bledel, and Amber Heard, have publicly supported her. Baldoni has yet to comment further.
