Justin Baldoni Denies Blake Lively's Harassment Claims Amid PR Scandal

Justin Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, has addressed allegations of sexual harassment against the actor-director and claims of a PR smear campaign targeting his It Ends with Us co-star, Blake Lively. Freedman defended Baldoni’s crisis management firm, TAG PR, asserting they acted appropriately to protect their client from pressures allegedly imposed by two powerful individuals.

“TAG PR operated as any other crisis firm would when dealing with threats from individuals with unlimited resources,” Freedman stated. He added that public opinion on Lively was shaped by her own promotional actions and interviews, which audiences found distasteful.

Freedman criticized media outlets, particularly The New York Times, for sensationalizing the issue, saying leaked private messages from Lively lacked crucial context. He called the claims against Baldoni “false and libelous.”

Lively’s complaint includes allegations of inappropriate behavior on set, such as altering intimate scenes and asking invasive questions. Tensions between Lively and Baldoni became evident as they avoided joint appearances, with fans noticing Lively’s co-star Jenny Slate and author Colleen Hoover no longer following Baldoni on Instagram.

Prominent figures like Hoover, America Ferrera, Amber Tamblyn, and Alexis Bledel have publicly supported Lively, while Baldoni denies all accusations.
