Jay-Z Responds to Rape Allegations as Accuser Admits Inconsistencies in Her Story

Jay-Z, born Shawn Carter, has responded to a new statement from his rape accuser, in which she admits to having "made some mistakes" in recalling the allegations.

Beyoncé's husband, Jay-Z, issued a statement asserting "True justice is coming" and firmly denying the incident ever happened.

Jay-Z, through his company Roc Nation, stated that the latest investigative report shows attorney Buzbee filed a false complaint against him for money and fame. He reiterated that "the incident didn’t happen" despite Buzbee pursuing it in court and the media.

Jay-Z added, "True justice is on the way. We fight from victory, not for it. This was over before it started. This so-called '1-800 lawyer' doesn’t realize it yet, but he will soon."

In a recent NBC News interview, an Alabama woman admitted to inconsistencies in her allegations that Jay-Z and Diddy raped her when she was 13.

She told NBC News, "I’ve made some mistakes."

Despite some inconsistencies, the woman, known as Jane Doe, insists the main allegations are true. She claimed her father picked her up after the alleged assault, though he does not recall this.

Jay-Z’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, stated, "It's shocking that a lawyer would file such a serious complaint without proper checks and then make it worse by spreading this false story in the media. We’re asking the court to dismiss this baseless case today and will seek further action against Mr. Buzbee and the other lawyers involved."
