Diddy Faces New Sexual Assault Lawsuits Alleging Recent Incidents

Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing new legal challenges as three unnamed individuals have filed lawsuits accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting them. The claims, filed by a New York-based attorney, allege incidents occurring as recently as 2019, contrasting with earlier accusations that date back to the 1990s.

The lawsuits detail similar scenarios where the accusers say they attended parties hosted by Diddy and his associates. They claim they were served alcoholic beverages, became disoriented, and later regained consciousness during the alleged assaults. Two individuals allege the incidents occurred at hotels, including the Park Hyatt in Manhattan, while one claims the assault happened at Diddy’s residence in the Hamptons.

One accuser alleges the assault was filmed by Diddy’s associates, who later paid him $2,500. The other two individuals did not report receiving compensation. All three plaintiffs state they remained silent out of fear and humiliation.

These new allegations come as Diddy is already incarcerated at MDC Brooklyn, facing charges including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution. His trial is scheduled for May, and previous attempts to secure bail have been denied.

Diddy’s legal team has dismissed the latest claims, labeling them as fabrications. In a statement, his lawyers said, “These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”
