Anna, initially listed as Jane Doe in her lawsuit, was ordered to reveal her name to continue the case. In a statement through her attorney, Doug Wigdor, Anna expressed her determination to pursue justice, stating, "Defendants' demand that I use my name was an attempt to intimidate me, but I am not intimidated. I am prepared to proceed and hold accountable those who have harmed me."
In her lawsuit, Anna alleges that in 2003, when she was in high school, she met Harve Pierre, the president of Bad Boy Entertainment, in Detroit. She claims Pierre complimented her appearance, mentioned Diddy’s name, and invited her to fly to New York on a private jet to meet the music mogul. She says she agreed and, during a studio meeting in New York, was given drugs and alcohol before being sexually assaulted by Diddy and others.
Anna alleges that Diddy assaulted her in a bathroom, stating she did not consent. Her lawsuit includes photos from the studio meeting, where she identifies herself as the girl with a blurred face.
Diddy has denied the allegations.
Anna married Evander Kane, who currently plays for the Edmonton Oilers, in 2018. The couple had one child before their divorce in 2021. Evander has not been accused of any wrongdoing.
