Craig County District Attorney’s Office spokesperson, Michelle Lowry, shared that prosecutors had deferred charges back in May 2024, giving Bryan time to demonstrate good behavior. With no new incidents since then, the case will be fully closed as of tomorrow morning, granting him a fresh start.
The ordeal stemmed from an incident where Bryan, after pulling up alongside his security guard’s SUV during a traffic stop, got into a heated confrontation with police officers. Dash cam footage captured Bryan visibly upset, at one point venting his frustration, “F***ing cops are out of hand, truly.” The altercation ended with Bryan being taken into custody. He quickly issued an apology after his release, and now it appears he can finally put the experience behind him.
In the midst of this legal resolution, Bryan has also faced personal challenges. Recently, he and Barstool Sports personality Brianna LaPaglia parted ways, with LaPaglia moving out of his Massachusetts home. She has since accused him of emotional mistreatment, adding to Bryan’s complex year.
