As Taylor Swift's "Eras" tour nears its end, the pop sensation couldn't hold back her emotions during a recent show in Toronto. Having performed over 150 concerts across five continents, Taylor's "Eras" tour is almost complete, with just three shows left. The final performances will take place in Vancouver from December 6-8, marking the end of a remarkable journey for the superstar.
