Diddy's Party NDA Reveals Strict Rules as Legal Troubles Mount

Sean “Diddy” Combs is well-known for hosting lavish parties, which have always been steeped in mystery. Now, it’s a bit clearer why that is. TMZ recently obtained a standard non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that Diddy requires his party guests to sign before attending. This NDA is designed to prevent attendees from sharing any information related to Diddy himself, his family, friends, business associates, or even former partners.

The NDA strictly prohibits guests from taking any photos, videos, or recordings of Diddy and those around him without his explicit consent. Additionally, it explicitly states that guests cannot post unapproved content on social media platforms, making it clear that Diddy holds complete control over what images or details emerge from his gatherings.

Interestingly, the NDA doesn't stop at social media restrictions. It also prohibits guests from giving interviews, writing about the events, or sharing any information about Diddy and his parties in any public forum without his written consent. This legal agreement isn't only about protecting privacy in the present—it also extends well into the future. The NDA is binding for Diddy’s lifetime, plus an additional 20 years, or a total of 70 years, whichever is longer, which is unusually extensive by most NDA standards.

The timing of this news is notable, as Diddy is currently facing legal issues. In September, he was arrested on multiple charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and coercion. He’s currently held in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, awaiting trial. Recent allegations have surfaced, with a Playboy model claiming that during a party in the early 2000s, Diddy made her watch a Jennifer Lopez video before an intimate encounter.

Diddy’s team has not yet responded to requests for comment.
