However, Artem says that following his arrest, his mugshot circulated in the media due to what he alleges are false accusations from Nikki. He claims this negatively impacted his reputation, causing him to lose out on job opportunities and substantial income. Artem also says he missed out on social media promotion revenue, which he alleges Nikki still benefits from, and he insists her career took priority over his when she reported the incident to the police.
Back in August, Artem was arrested in Napa, California, after a heated argument with Nikki, which reportedly took place in front of their 4-year-old son, Matteo. While the Napa County District Attorney reviewed the case, they ultimately declined to press charges, stating they couldn’t meet the standard of proof required for prosecution.
As of now, Nikki has filed for divorce, and the couple is locked in a legal battle over their assets and child custody. Artem’s attorney, Ilona Antonyan, filed a response to Nikki's accusations as part of her domestic violence restraining order request.
