In documents obtained by TMZ, LeMaistre claims she and Metro connected during a trip to Las Vegas that spring. She says he later invited her to his studio in Los Angeles, where she witnessed him abusing codeine despite warnings from friends.
In September 2016, during another visit to his studio, LeMaistre took half a Xanax and a shot of alcohol to cope with her grief. She alleges that she blacked out on the couch and later woke up to find Metro allegedly assaulting her. Disoriented, she claims Metro informed her that she was in a Beverly Hills hotel room and that it was time to leave, with no memory of how she got there.
LeMaistre later discovered she was pregnant and believes Metro was the only possible father, as she hadn’t been intimate with anyone else. She chose to terminate the pregnancy in November 2016.
Additionally, LeMaistre feels Metro mocked her trauma in a song called "Rap Saved Me," featuring artists 21 Savage, Offset, and Quavo, referencing a woman who fainted after taking a Xanax.
Metro Boomin's attorney, Lawrence Hinkle II, has dismissed the allegations, labeling them as false and part of a "pure shakedown." He stated that Metro is prepared to defend himself in court and plans to file a claim for malicious prosecution if he prevails.
LeMaistre is seeking unspecified damages for mental pain and anguish, along with punitive damages. So far, there has been no response from Metro Boomin's representatives regarding the lawsuit.
