Lil Baby was arrested in August after police claimed to have seen video footage of him being handed a gun at the Encore Las Vegas resort. Upon investigation, officers arrested the rapper. At the time, Lil Baby stated that he had a concealed carry permit from Georgia, but Nevada does not recognize permits from that state.
Lil Baby's lawyers, Drew Findling and David Chesnoff, issued a brief statement to TMZ, saying, "We'll let the court record speak for itself." With the charges now dropped, the rapper appears to have walked away from the situation without further legal consequences.
