Christina purchased the stunning property for $2.5 million in 2021, and it has appeared on HGTV's "Christina in the Country." The home boasts 5,000 square feet of living space, a pool, a hot tub, a barn, and a fenced area for animals.

This property symbolizes happier times for the couple, who are currently in the midst of a bitter divorce. Recent court documents reveal that Christina will retain full possession of their Newport Beach home and Nashville apartment, while Josh will have access to the Nashville house whenever it’s not rented out.

A source close to Josh indicated that he will continue to live in the Nashville area.
