Years later, Diddy faced serious legal troubles. He was arrested in September after multiple sexual assault and abuse allegations surfaced, and he was charged with sex trafficking and racketeering. Following a not guilty plea, Diddy was denied bail and is currently held at the Metropolitan Detention Center until his trial. He denies all charges.
A detailed 14-page indictment accused Diddy of orchestrating “Freak Offs,” described as elaborate sexual performances often held in hotel rooms. Allegations suggest he recorded these events while engaging in inappropriate behavior. In March, law enforcement raided Diddy’s homes in Miami and Beverly Hills, reportedly discovering evidence related to these parties, including narcotics and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.
While it’s unclear who attended these gatherings, several celebrities have mentioned Diddy’s parties. Ashton Kutcher hinted at attending during a 2019 interview, stating, “I’ve got a lot I can’t tell,” and mentioned that the memories were “some weird memory lane thing.”
In the past, Diddy expressed awareness of the potential consequences of his parties, saying in a 1999 interview, “They’re going to probably be arresting me, doing all types of crazy things just because we want to have a good time.” He suggested that people might feel intimidated by the unconventional elements of his gatherings.
