The Dancing With the Stars alum reflected on her personal growth, expressing that she's no longer focused on ideal expectations. Instead, she’s dedicated to building a meaningful life, recognizing it won’t always be perfect. Hough and Laich began dating in 2013 and were married in Idaho in 2017. Despite appearing happy, they separated in May 2020, with their divorce finalized by 2022. Shortly after, Laich began dating CrossFit athlete Katrín Davíðsdóttir in August 2021.
